The place is really nice, but there's a problem with onboarding as a one-time user. - I don't know where to find a manager - I don't know which rooms are accessible for coworking - I don't know where I can sit and if that spot is already taken - I don't know where to find a chair if there isn't one - I don't know where to make a call without disturbing everyone else in the coworking space And when I ask the coworkers who work here, they don't know how to answer me either.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
