I stayed at Sharies for 4 months and moved out on May 2nd, yet they still haven’t refunded my security deposit. They expect you to deep clean the apartment before leaving, then charge you an additional 60 euros for “cleaning” anyway — with no explanation. And even after all that, they still withhold your deposit. It’s now been nearly 10 weeks since I moved out, and I’ve received nothing. They’re ignoring my emails as well. The place is overpriced, the staff are unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about tenants. If you’re coming to Sciences Po, don’t be fooled — it’s far from campus and not worth the hassle. I’ve since heard this is a recurring issue with them, especially at their Paris branch. If they keep refusing to return my deposit, I will take legal action. Avoid Sharies at all costs.

No reception, no one directly reachable by phone, impossible to visit the premises before committing for a year... I went there, no one answered, I left a message in the contact box on the website, I was told that there are only virtual visits... strange... oh yes and you have to book a phone call in a Google calendar in response to an email sent by a seller. In short, cold and unhuman contact and no reception on site. Too bad for this concept which seemed nice.

800 euros deposit/a slightly cracked glass hob and limescale, hop 716 euros deduction, unacceptable, I especially do not recommend this organization/money organization, while the gold of our entrance in pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom, dusty grease on the furniture and unclean dishes, a word of advice, run away, unless you have too much money,

I stayed here during my studying abroad semester and I loved it ! Not only did Sharies provide everything I needed during my stay, but they also had different activities to participate in within the Sharies community. Administration/ staff was always attentive to my emails and available for when I needed something. Thank you Sharies!!!
