Very well-located offices, right on the ring road. You can get in and out without traffic jams. New premises. A rooftop for your break or lunch, perfect in summer! Very secure. Plenty of underground parking. Bright and well-air-conditioned workspaces. A few drawbacks, however: -The electric charging offered by the service provider Zeplug, which manages the stations, is not at all competitive. Not only is the rate per kWh rather high for slow charging (€0.33/kWh), but you also have to subscribe (€3/month). You can find cheaper options, without a subscription, and with fast charging... even at the local McDonald's. -No reception...if someone rings at the entrance or gate, you're constantly bothered by the intercom or gate phone...it's up to the employee to act as receptionist and go downstairs if necessary, as you need a badge for each floor or for the elevator (at least it's secure). -Impersonal and empty lobby...a little reorganization would be welcome. -An additional gym? A large empty space on the ground floor that could accommodate sports equipment for your workout would be great :)

We rented the rooftop room for a general meeting. We were satisfied with the welcome and the comfort of the room. I highly recommend renting this room which is perfect for meetings or seminars.

We're really happy with the office space we're renting here! The location is really nice, with a pleasant and well-connected environment, perfect for working. Great space, I came last week for a meeting room! Warm atmosphere, well-equipped rooms. The team is welcoming and always attentive. My meeting was a success. I highly recommend it!

However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all.
