Great Coworking Space Cutting-edge technology, beautifully decorated, and high-quality equipment. Vending machines selling coffee, tea, cake, juice, water, candy, and chocolate bars are available at reasonable prices. Free hot and cold water dispensers are available in the hallway. Air conditioning and heating are fully functional. The team is accommodating, attentive, and helpful. I completed several weeks of training there, and I'm very happy with this place. I used this space as part of my training, so I can't comment on the prices because I didn't pay personally. Parking is a bit limited. There are several bus stops a few meters away, so you can easily get there by public transportation if needed. I highly recommend ✅✨
At Work & Progress Villeurbanne, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Work & Progress.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Work & Progress, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
