Extremely dissatisfied with this stay... I'm a long-time AccorHotels customer and have held Diamond status for many years.... I was moved to a different room because there was no desk in the first one, and in the second, the tablet was broken and unusable, and I was told there was nothing they could do! For three days, it was impossible to work properly in my room.... Furthermore, for breakfast, they put a group (bus) in the same area as the other guests....so there was no space to eat! The room needs renovating, and the bathroom is not up to Mercure standards!
