Disappointed with our stay at this hotel. There have been many changes in the last two years, and the quality has suffered, especially in the restaurant, which has gone from a gourmet experience to a very basic and uninteresting establishment.

When I made my reservation, I specifically requested extra attention to housekeeping because we have an immunocompromised child. We also booked two rooms and asked for them to be adjacent. None of our requests were honored by the hotel. The room was dirty despite my request! There were cotton swabs in the bin, a dirty sock under the sofa, things stuck in the shower and on the shelf, the floors hadn't been cleaned, and don't even get me started on the color of the toilet seat... In short, I found the hygiene deplorable, and I wonder what state the room would have been in if I hadn't requested extra cleaning. The evening staff wasn't very friendly, but the morning staff was excellent—smiling and pleasant! The breakfast was plentiful and very good! We chose a hotel from the Accor group thinking that basic hygiene standards would be respected and we are disappointed with the quality.

Good location, right next to the motorway. Convenient if you're just passing through. The room was clean and functional. Our room had carpeting, which I didn't particularly like. Otherwise, it was fine. The bed was very comfortable for us; we slept wonderfully. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm deducting one star because I thought the room rate was a bit high.
