A huge thank you to the entire team at the Cowool Hotel, and especially to Stan, his colleagues, the security team, and Kader the technician. You were so much more than just hotel staff to me: you were a truly welcoming, kind, and warm presence. From the moment I arrived, I was touched by your kindness, your availability, and your attentiveness. Over time, a real connection developed, built on respect, active listening, and strong human values. This isn't something you find everywhere, and it's precisely what makes your establishment unique. Stan, thank you for your professionalism, your smile, your kindness, and your calm and compassionate way of handling every situation. Thank you also to the security team, who were always respectful, helpful, and welcoming. You made me feel completely at ease, like I was at home. I will cherish the memory of my stay with you. Cowool isn't just a hotel; it's a place where you feel valued, respected, and surrounded by wonderful people. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Excellent establishment, ideal for business travelers or freelancers. The hotel offers a modern, well-designed setting, with perfectly adapted work and relaxation areas. The value for money is, in my opinion, simply unbeatable. The team is professional, welcoming, and always available. The decor, amenities, and overall comfort are above average for this price point. After several stays at this type of establishment, I can say that this is clearly the best. I recommend it without hesitation—kudos to the entire team! 👏

This hotel is not worth the price. The staff were completely unresponsive. I do not recommend this hotel. There was a lack of security; staff broke into our room while my wife and I were sleeping. This happened before 11:00 AM – our scheduled check-out time. I have never seen such incompetence! Avoid at all costs.

⛔ One night was all it took to never set foot in that place again. Between the lack of hygiene, the intrusion into our room, and the pressure to leave, the experience was as stressful as it was disrespectful. The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold, and we didn't have enough towels. The heating was unbearably noisy, and we could hear the noise in the hallway, making for a very restless night. The worst part was the departure: although we were supposed to leave the room at 11:00 AM, a staff member entered unannounced around 10:00 AM, showing us their keycard. Then, the manager started knocking repeatedly from 10:30 AM onwards, returning every five minutes until 11:15 AM. We were the only guests on the floor, so there was no reason to rush us. This insistence and lack of respect made us feel very uncomfortable. Upon leaving, we tried to calmly express our feelings, but management was closed off and defensive instead of listening. This hotel doesn't deserve its 4 stars! 📍 A little flexibility and fair play would have been enough to make the stay acceptable. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing, intrusive, and stressful experience. We do not recommend it.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Cowool.
