Excellent service, from minute one. Paco, an efficient, hard-working man dedicated to making clients feel as comfortable as possible. The procedures have been very fast and willing to resolve any questions or problems that may arise. I recommend the real estate company 100% if you are looking for a human service, far from so many poor real estate agencies that only seek to dispatch quickly and with cold treatment. I had a bad experience renting an apartment through Vicedo Real Estate. The service was good when I rented, but when I left, the service turned completely unpleasant, and they waived the deposit because, literally, "the oven hoses were worn out and a light bulb didn't work." In other words, they were taking advantage of the inexperience of some students.
