Only here you can’t enter even you have a valid ticket before you have less then 4 hour. They made this new policy. So instead of taking a second charge for staying you are waiting like a dog outside. Great policy! PS. Change the picture as well since we are living not coming to Spain! 🤦🏻

Spacious quiet lounge with a lot of drink options incl wine. Didn’t encounter a lot of people in the morning until 12. Many snack options, a lot of bread, enjoyed overall. Would visit again if needed, no queues

La primera impresión nada más entrar ya daba evidencias de que como poco había falta de personal, fue decepcionante las mesas llenas de restos de comida, platos, vasos sucios, esperaba que al menos los baños estuvieran limpios pero no fue así. La comida escasa, las ensaladas vacías, las salsas vacías y lo que quedaba reseco, falta de platos y cubiertos en algunas zonas, la excusa que me dieron es que la sala había estado muy concurrida. En dos horas que estuve solo se repusieron dos de los platos ofertados en el menú. El precio que cobran es el mismo tanto si está llena como si no, por lo que la excusa no es válida. Si tienes que pagar por el acceso mejor ir a uno de los restaurantes del aeropuerto

VIP lounge with good food and drink options. Considering it's an AENA lounge, the service is excellent. There are also good snack options available between meals. The drinks are plentiful. The staff provides excellent service, constantly cleaning and restocking.
