The first time I went to process my certificate, they treated me wonderfully. Then my partner came and was given two different and contradictory pieces of information, and they couldn't help me, despite having a foreigner's certificate. It's truly a shame they don't treat my partner the same way they treated me because I'm Spanish. Terrible service.
