I went to the emergency room on Saturday night with my son because of an injury he sustained during a game. After waiting three hours in the ER, they scheduled us for Monday, December 1st at 6:45 PM because they needed to do an ultrasound (I didn't understand why they didn't do it that same day). On Monday, they performed the ultrasound, and the doctor who gave us the diagnosis only gave us a brief, rushed, and unhelpful time. They certainly charge a lot, but their attention and communication were terrible, very poor. I'll have to think twice about whether to continue with this doctor or switch providers.

Here you're a CLIENT, not a PATIENT, it's all about the money. And when you turn 66, they double your fee to make you leave. How IMQ has changed! Now they give you appointments months in advance, and the care and quality have dropped considerably. But that's the way it is.

Después de 23 años con mi poliza en las mismas condiciones: cobertura de 2 limpiezas de boca anuales. Hoy al ir a pasar la tarjeta me comunican desde el imq que ya no cubre la segunda limpieza en esa clínica. Señores, al cliente hay que informarle, no se le puede decir que mire el cuadro médico. Si en Mayo me cubre la limpieza ¿tengo que adivinar yo que han sacado ustedes en el mes de noviembre a la clínica a la que llevo acudiendo 23 años de su cuadro médico? Solicito hablar con alguien y me contestan que : NO ME VA A LLAMAR NADIE, que mande un mail ¿Un mail que va a ir a la papelera? Señores, al cliente hay que informarle, atenderle , cuidarle y darle respuesta porque para pasar la cuota no tienen miramiento. Una desfachatez. Tanta encuesta de calidad para nada.

Get out of here. Total disaster. Very, very, very bad. I've been fighting for over 20 days for an authorization they refuse to give me, even though they have signed an agreement that confirms my right to said authorization and the obligation to issue it within 5 days.

We just called the IMQ (Immunological Institute of Catalonia) because we're traveling to Guardamar del Segura, Alicante, and my husband has been bitten by an insect and his leg is swollen. They told us the nearest center is in Alicante, a 40-minute drive away. As soon as I get home, I'm going to request that they deduct the proportional amount for care outside my community, since every time I've needed it, the care has been disastrous. I've spent my whole life paying high fees for this.
