I spent a year at the coworking space and had a good experience: the shared services work, there's complete flexibility for when you need to go, and the in/out process is very smooth. There's no manager on-site, but the shared areas are cleaned twice a week. My office had a window overlooking Av. de las Fronteras, and I could hear some traffic noise, but there are plenty of options, both in the open space and on the other side of the building, where there are no windows. I recommend it!

We made the decision to establish an office for our company and for this being our first time in a space such as coworking spaces, we can say that we feel comfortable and calm. It allows us to develop new ideas and new projects in a well-conditioned, quiet space with good coworking colleagues.

I have been working in coworking for a long time and I can say that it is one of the best places to work, because it is a very cozy place, the rooms are spacious, the price is good, it is clean, air-conditioned, And most importantly, it has a good atmosphere of respect and camaraderie, those who manage it are careful to make sure you are comfortable and it is also close to Cercanías Renfe. I also recommend him for being quite calm and having a very good presence.

Perfect place to work, the space met our expectations 100%, quiet place, perfect room, good location, cleanliness, good communication, very good price and quality and above all to highlight the seriousness and professionalism of the owner in all the procedures and facilities. As soon as we have the opportunity we will repeat for sure.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Your Story Coworking.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team.
