We have rented an office here, the service is very friendly and it is well equipped, easy to park and also has private parking.

I confirm what Montero says. This place isn't for entrepreneurship or for projecting a professional image. Basically, they rent you an office and that's it, but it's not a business center at all. The name "emprendeparla" doesn't match what it really is. If you're looking for something professional, you'd better look elsewhere.
