Péssima experiência no terminal 2 e 1. Check in só ficam disponíveis 3 horas antes do vôo. Isso aconteceu comigo nos vôos da KLM e Air China.... E tem fila pra absolutamente tudo.... Fila pra despacho de bagagem. 50 minutos. Fila pra entrar na Sala Vip Cibele, 15 minutos. Fila pra entrar na aeronave, 40 minutos. Desisti do IVA porque tinha fila também, curiosamente apenas uma pessoa atendente na global blue.... Ahhhh, além disso, poucos lugares pra sentar. Por todo o aeroporto você vê pessoas e crianças jogadas no chão. É bizarro. Parabéns AENA pelo péssimo serviço prestado.

All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
