Hello: I spent seven months working in a shared office at La Fábrica's Quevedo headquarters, between 2021 and 2022. I always felt comfortable. The location of the office was very useful to me and also the fact that it has several rooms available for meetings and video calls in order to preserve the confidentiality of the most sensitive parts of the work. The treatment from the La Fábrica administration was always professional and polite.

At Quevedo, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with La Fabrica.
