It was awful. The bathroom was disgusting; it was filthy and covered in hair. The rooms were dirty too. The floor in my room was uneven, and there was hair and dirt on the sheets and bed. Plus, they made us pay a deposit that they never refunded.

The location is simply amazing!! The main street, all the sights are within walking distance, maximum 30 minutes. There are lots of shops, restaurants (book in advance), parks, well, and everything you need to see in Madrid. A 5-minute walk from the stop where buses from the airport arrive. 24-hour reception. There is an elevator, there is a buffet, but it is impossible to cook there, as there is only a microwave. There is a vending machine with paid snacks. The rooms are very small; if one person opens the storage locker, the other will not be able to get through. The iron beds do not creak. It is a little inconvenient to climb to the second tier of beds. There are thick curtains. A socket and light by the bed. There is no safe for storing expensive items, although the locker for storing a suitcase was locked. They provide a towel and a lock. The room is clean, there is a door to a small balcony, a trash can in the room, there is a place to put a suitcase (if you have several), and there is also a coat rack. Showers and toilets are separate from the rooms. There's a hairdryer, soap, and hot water. On the downside, the front door to the room couldn't be adjusted; everyone slammed it when closing it, and if you were sleeping, you'd wake up. Overall, the hostel was okay for a night or two. I can't say I'd stay there again.

La Ubicacion del Hostal no la cambio por nada. Gran Via lo maximo
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Ibercenter.
If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Gran Vía 6 provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Ibercenter to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Please reach out to Ibercenter for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
