So i was staying at The Social Hub Madrid for 3 weeks... oh my god what a wonderfull time, very vibrant city, really good for meeting good and creative people. The atmosphere at the hotel is very warm, welcoming almost family like - i want to point out Receptionist Allan and Security guards Carlos and Joel for being the absolutely amazing people. I dont understand Spanish and Carlos doesnt speak any english, but just his very pressent made me feel so safe all the time. Allan is working the night shift and if i ever felt lonely being solo in madrid for 3 weeks i would just go to the reception and talk with him about problems, life and dreams - again very family-like almost felt like ive known the guy for years without it feeling fake, thank you so much. and Joel, my guy, what a honestly good man - we just spoke about the nights when i come home drunk and needed help haha - those guys always got my back, even if it was a angry taxi driver or just me being stupid... Talking to people like theese guys made me realize you can find beauty in simple things like, talking to people you dont know in the reception of a hotel you´ve never been to. I will leave The Social Hub Madrid feeling charged, happy and fufilled. Thank you to all staff - and my guys Joel, Carlos and Allan. So yes, i would recommend going here, experince the night life, the day time and everything else Madrid has to offer - and if i ever come back i will stay at the Social Hub.

They advertise to be open at 7am (on their website, on their menu) but when you ask for breakfast at 7, they can only offer it at 7:30am. The way they tell you this is also very unprofessional, like you should know and find it logical. While people plan their days around this time schedule they publish.

Everything was perfect: the waiters were very friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, the menu was varied, and the dishes were delicious. I'll definitely be back.

We went twice. The first time, they had a set menu with a first and second course on one plate. I ordered the tripe, and it was freezing cold; the meat was good, but also cold. The place on the ground floor was pleasant—a hotel, coworking space, café, a bit of everything. The second time, there were nine of us, and we went to the rooftop. The service was terrible. We had to ask for an appetizer and bread for a muhammara, which is a spreadable dish, and for two courses, they brought us one portion of bread! It was cold, and they couldn't close the windows. I wouldn't go back even if it were free!

This is located in the hotel we are staying at. Took a few minutes to get a table. Food was excellent. Server only came by once after serving us and we had to ask for the check. So that is the one star off part. But overall we would eat here again and I would recommend it.
