After spending my entire life with Banco Santander, I went to this branch where Eduardo's impersonal, listless, and completely unhelpful treatment, with no intention of resolving my problem, led me to transfer my salary, funds, and even my securities account to another bank. I have never received such poor service.

Well this is my best experience so far of client attention in spain. As soon as you coming in you see a higly prepared stuff the ones who knows to makes you feel home to start from Anderson the bar tender to the a very diligent edoardo the one who made my life easier in spain. Thank you guys

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Work Cafe Santander.
