Very nice place to work in the center of Madrid. The staff (Lorena) was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place.

I booked a room and paid the day before. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn't enter because the payment wasn't listed. I paid in cash to be able to enter late due to this arrangement. Afterwards, it took a month after providing proof of my account, several calls, and emails that I was the owner of the previously paid amount. No one informed me that they needed to have the deposit in my account within 48 hours; if I had known, I would have made the transfer sooner. An unpleasant user experience.
