The room was super comfortable and well-lit, the internet connection was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Even from the moment I called to book, Leticia at reception was very friendly and greeted me with a smile first thing in the morning, which was much appreciated! Excellent experience.

It's been a terrible experience. We rented the space to work over the weekend in Madrid, with more than 15 people from different places, and we were locked out (the code didn't work) and there was no one to contact. So we've lost our workday... Disgraceful.

Bad experience. We had booked a space for 20 people on a Saturday, and the entrance door to the coworking space wouldn't open. We called the main office for hours and they didn't answer. We came from all over Spain to meet here, and the meeting had to be canceled. Terrible and nonexistent service.
