Very comfortable and modern spaces. The terrace has just been renovated and looks spectacular. The offices are very clean and soundproof. The best part, without a doubt, is the staff, very professional and attentive.

We've been with Inspira (formerly Balder) for over 16 years now, and we're staying. The team I work with is very helpful and always willing to help and resolve any office-related questions or issues. The location is ideal, with two metro lines (7 and 10) and all bus lines on Castellana nearby.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
