I can't say I'm not comfortable, but the policy is a rip-off. You have the option to cancel and re-register if you're going to be away for a month, two months, etc., but they charge you €33 + VAT to clean your desk. It doesn't matter if you come back in a month, and everyone knows the desk can be cleaned in literally 30 seconds, but it's a way to penalize you or charge you for maintenance, which, as I said, seems like highway robbery. Since I'm writing this review, they have a ton of problems with the Wi-Fi (which they never fix). I don't recommend it.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Loom.
