Terrible customer service during my stay

Terrible experience. They changed the date of my son's surgery, and when I tried to change the dates of our stay, they not only refused to change them but also refused to give me an invoice for the change. They are completely unprofessional. Avoid them; there are many other, much better accommodations.

If you can avoid them, do it! They charge you a deposit and say they'll pay you back. Then they told me they had to take money from me because, according to them, I used more water, electricity, and gas. Then I asked them to send me the receipts and invoices (it was a hassle to get them to do that!), and they were charging me for the apartment next door!!! And even though I complained about their mistake, they never got back to me, so I can't give them anything lower than 1 star, but they're rubbish!

If you can avoid staying here, AVOID THEM. If the service is terrible, I stayed for a month and during that month the internet never worked, the water pressure wasn't good either, water came out of the shower... everything, and they charge you a fortune for their services that are useless, but the worst part is THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT and reading the comments here I notice that this is their way of operating; they always steal from the deposit. Their behavior should be illegal, apart from the terrible customer service, I called for months to get my deposit back, right? They only gave me excuses.
