This isn't my first time at a Santander Work Café, and I always get in without any problems. This time, they needed my user code (which I didn't remember), and the guy at the door was very rude and asked for it. When the website asked for my customer details, which weren't necessary, his words were very rude and he spoke in a very uncomfortable tone. Is it really necessary to speak like that? I understand you're dealing with the public and that it can be annoying, but his manner wasn't right.
