The hours on Google Maps say it's open until 8:00 PM. I went to pick up a package at 4:20 PM and the security guard told me that pickups are only allowed until 4:00 PM; that it says so on the schedule. I see on Google Maps that it's listed as a "sub-hour"... it's the first time I've seen that, and he says it happens to a lot of people. Of course it's going to happen to everyone because it's not the norm. Is it really that difficult for the security guard to deliver a package? Does that job require a master's degree and a doctorate? I honestly don't understand.

The theory is that packages can only be picked up from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The reality is that no matter when you go, they're gone. 8:28 a.m. and no one shows up.

Opening hours are until 8 pm, but pickup is until 5 pm. You'll find out when you're picking up a shipment after 5 pm :-(
