I've been frequenting different Santander Work Café locations in Madrid for some time now. My overall experience has been good in most of them; however, I feel compelled to highlight and rate the Santander Work Café on Avenida Complutense as exceptional. The excellent, professional, and friendly service from Sara (and her colleagues), their empathy, flexibility (when absolutely necessary), the always-ready rooms, and the great entrepreneurial atmosphere were key factors in ultimately choosing this space as our preferred location for developing our project. Congratulations, Santander!

An excellent place for remote work. The coworking space is comfortable, well-maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the staff: attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. You can tell they care about making you feel comfortable.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
