I initially chose this coworking space because of its convenient location and well-maintained facilities. At first, the open space and private offices looked promising. However, once my sister and I decided to rent a private office for over €400/month, the experience took a disappointing turn. We requested a second ergonomic chair for the two of us to work comfortably, but were told only one was included. Despite the office being spacious enough, we were informed that to get another chair, we’d need to upgrade to a larger office. Meanwhile, more than 20 ergonomic chairs sat unused in the open area, which we were not allowed to access. We ended up having to switch between one proper chair and an uncomfortable plastic chair throughout the day—despite working 10+ hours daily. To make matters worse, I was once confronted in an unprofessional manner and falsely accused of not paying, even though I had paid on time every month. It turned out to be a miscommunication, but the way it was handled left a lasting negative impression. We stayed about six months and then quickly moved to a better coworking space in the area. Given the price and lack of basic flexibility or professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend this space. We were very good tenants and working hard everyday in our own office, but the lack of flexibility, the inability to get an extra non plastic chair for my sister (although the office was specifically paid for 2 people) and the un-professionalism of the owner/lady at the front desk, made us move out pretty quickly. At my new co-working space, where I have now been for 4 years, others came to the same place and either did not register for a desk or left quickly because they saw it would not be a suitable environment.

Today I was really short on time for a client meeting and urgently needed a quiet space. Well, here there's availability, the rooms are large, very well-equipped, the temperature and internet connection are great, and Yolanda's service was top-notch. She was in a hurry and helped me settle in quickly and made everything easier. It was a pleasure choosing Coplace Boadilla; it won't be the last. Thank you so much!
