Today I took my Model 3 to the service center because of some noises coming from inside. As soon as I arrived, they offered me a coffee while the technician came out to discuss all the issues with the car. The technician was fantastic, explaining each step of the process and how it would be fixed. A little while later, they called to confirm that the car was ready and that I could pick it up. They cleaned the car inside and out, gave it a quick charge, and of course, the problem was resolved. Excellent service.
