What a truly disastrous company! I buy a package and the post office has to drop it off in my mailbox, and they don't even know how to do that. Every time I buy something and the post office delivers it, I know it's not going to work. God, I really can't stand this company. They're terrible. The only thing they have to do is not do it well. And I give them one star because they force me to.

The same complaint expressed in the rest of the reviews. They make no attempt to deliver and call for you to come to the office, a person with reduced mobility. In addition to failing to comply with consumer rights, they are also unethical.

What a disaster of service, waiting for an important package, after waiting all day, I leave the house for 20 minutes and they tell me on the phone that I have to be at home all day until they arrive, if they don't leave it at the office, today I have to ask permission at work to go pick up my package, because they are incapable of making a delivery to me again. Bad hours to go to the office, there is no afternoon schedule, not one day a week, not one Saturday a month, can this be allowed?
