They never shipped my online order, ES048374031, and they haven't refunded my money either. They're disreputable; they ignore me on WhatsApp and over the phone, claiming they're handling it. I'll go to the store in person to file a formal complaint. I don't recommend them at all. Bargains at a bargain price.

One star because it doesn't leave me 0, this is the second time I have to complain to the brand because a necklace I bought this year has lost its gold color, and they always have the nerve to tell you that it's because of your pH or that if you shower with it, they sell you the products saying that they are super safe and durable and they are not, then they look for excuses not to help you and blame you. Every year the quality goes down, since people perceive the brand as luxury or good quality they think they can do this and it doesn't matter. PATHETIC I HAVE NO MORE TO SAY.

The renovated space reflects the new aesthetic resulting from the brand's recent rebranding. The boutique is now accessible from all angles, with no physical barriers between customers and staff. The backlit display cases feature a wide selection of jewelry from both old and new collections, along with the prices visible on each display to facilitate customer access to this information freely. The staff is more than courteous, always willing to chat with customers about a specific collection or several in particular. Security, provided by the store that hosts the point of sale, guarantees a comfortable shopping experience for all customers at any time of the week.

Terrible quality of the "jewelry." I have a rose gold pendant that I've never showered with, and look how it looks after 2 years (see photos). The chain I bought with the pendant broke twice in 2 years (and once I had to pay 15 euros for the repair 🤦♀️) TOUS - Once and no more!
