I love Homey! 100% recommended for its elegant, modern, and functional space, as well as Cristina's excellent personal and professional service—she's always very attentive. I've rented their meeting room several times, and all my clients have found it spectacular and felt very comfortable thanks to its privacy. It has all the necessary equipment for you to carry out your business. The spaces are filled with natural light and have a serene and tranquil atmosphere. I will definitely book with you again!

HomeyGroup has been my second home for the past year and a half. Each space is designed with spectacular taste and aesthetics, creating an environment where clients and friends enjoy meetings with that extra comfort that only Homey can offer. The space is spacious, with top-notch lighting, perfect air conditioning in both winter and summer, and excellent Wi-Fi. It has lounge areas, a kitchen-café, networking spaces, and several meeting rooms. Ergonomic chairs and spacious desks make working much more comfortable. It also has printers for A4 and A3 formats, a plotter for sizes up to A1, and even a 3D printer. There are also several screens larger than 60 inches distributed throughout the rooms, ideal for sharing and displaying projects or audiovisual material. As for the people who are part of this space, I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it was just planned that way, but most of us are connected to the construction sector in one way or another: architecture, engineering, project management, interior design, real estate... For me, as a Building Engineer, it's a perfect environment, and I've also been able to pursue some very interesting internal collaborations. If everything remains the same, I'll definitely be here for several more years! Best regards.

Best workspace in the center of Palma. With large work tables, equipped meeting rooms and shared printers. Also 3D printers! and a great coffee machine ;)

I have rented HOMEY's 2 meeting rooms on a couple of occasions to hold important meetings and micro-events. The place is very pleasant, you don't feel cloistered in a room because it not only has natural light but also high ceilings and a vertical garden. Then it has everything necessary at an audio-visual level that is required for this type of meeting. And the small open kitchen space (designed with a lot of class) also offers you a networking area.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with homey coworking.
