I want to tell you about our experience at ECO BABY 5D GIRONA First, the good: Esther's service was outstanding, even before we met in person. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. When the day of our appointment arrived, she waited for us outside on a Saturday at 10 a.m., in the middle of winter. Here's the bad news: the place isn't very visible. We think it's terrible that there isn't a clearly visible sign with the company name... thank goodness Esther was there waiting, otherwise we would have kept driving around. This criticism is directed at the person who runs the business: please put up a proper sign so that your customers can easily see where the place is located, and so that potential customers can see it and book your services (I'm saying this as a marketing professional). Anyway, when we arrived and saw Esther, she took us to the room where she had the equipment for the 5D ultrasound. Seeing my daughter was incredibly emotional, and Esther's service was perfect (you can tell she's a true professional who loves her job). She explained everything very well and answered all our questions perfectly. She was so kind and caring with my eldest daughter. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience; seeing your child's face and expressions is something you'll never forget.
