• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Impuls Barcelona.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Impuls Barcelona is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Impuls Barcelona, who is more than happy to help out.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Impuls Barcelona? How about for a day or a month?

  At Impuls Barcelona, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
