La Mansión is our new space in Gracia, located just a few meters from our space in Gracia. It is the meeting point of two of the liveliest neighborhoods in Barcelona: Gràcia and Eixample. This unique and modern center has a specialty cafeteria at the entrance where our coworkers have many advantages. Inside there is a large office with natural light and two meeting rooms for a single company and downstairs there is another office for 8 people. As always, our coworkers can work in any of our locations and the proximity to CREC Gracia helps the coworkers at La Mansión to also have access to a terrace, meeting room, printer, etc. Our Service focuses on 3 main areas: - Maximum flexibility and time for your project: Your needs are changing and your time is money. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CREC Coworking.
