Poor layout of the waiting areas; you're in the queue to board next to the person who just went through security and is putting on their shoes and belt—unnecessary stress.

If you think “Last Call” still means “boarding possible,” think again: here, it seems to mean “we’ve decided to stop working for today.” A gate change announced at the last minute, staff visibly fed up with travelers, and a refusal to board despite the information displayed saying otherwise. The most striking thing isn’t even the poor management, but the attitude: a mixture of disinterest and satisfaction at imposing a rule that isn’t even consistently applied. Judging by the number of similar reviews, it quickly becomes clear that this isn’t an isolated incident but a pattern of service. A shame for an airport that relies so heavily on the trust and experience of its passengers.

As frequent travelers, we're used to airports and gate changes. We arrived well in advance that day. The gate change was announced far too late, without any clear communication. As a result, despite being early, we arrived two minutes after the deadline—while the screen still displayed "Last Call" for several minutes. The agent on duty refused us boarding with a rigidity and disdain that had nothing to do with professional service. No effort, no empathy, just a curt refusal accompanied by an inappropriate smile. When an airport turns a simple inconvenience into an unnecessary exercise of authority, the problem goes beyond the employee: the entire organization is at fault. Reading the numerous comments expressing the same sentiment, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident. Management would do well to listen to travelers.
