If I lived on the very top floor, I'd give it 6 stars. Unfortunately, on the lower floors, you can hear every neighbor turning on the water, what they're talking about, and what they're doing in the shower. Soundproofing is nonexistent. The bedroom window overlooks an internal 2x2 courtyard. It's either quiet or fresh air in the bedroom. Plus, there's a renovation going on next door. It's not worth the price. The owner, however, is very helpful and kind.

We spent some time here as a family (couple and 4 months baby). It’s perfectly located with supermarkets 2min walking, the Canteras beach 1 block away and several great restaurants nearby. We worked from the house, both in our apartments and in the common working area, super fast internet, AC, monitors, great coffee… We will be back 😊

Calle Antonio María Manrique 3 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with repeople.
