The female police officers here are despotic, arrogant, grumpy, and unhelpful. Five different women in the same room, and I and my partner were treated poorly by all of them. If it's up to me, I'll never come back here again.

The person in charge of the DNI and passports had a very unfriendly attitude and zero empathy. I came from Mexico to process my DNI, and they made me go to the offices three times and contact the consulate as an emergency, only to be told they couldn't help me. I asked for help several times, and each time they refused. I witnessed the mistreatment of an African asylum seeker, whom they were close to running out of the office when the poor guy couldn't even understand what they were saying. It's sad to see the treatment of foreigners (being Spanish by origin) and the lack of understanding and willingness to be helpful. I'm leaving sad and with a bitter taste in my mouth about the treatment from this person specifically. Don't expect to be treated cordially. A real shame!

Impossible to make an appointment for the Civil Registry, I have called for help and they tell me on that day the appointments will be enabled. Entry and nothing, no appointments available. How is it possible that in other provinces there are dates available but in Segovia it is impossible to obtain one. The worst thing is that with the current rule we cannot make an appointment from another place that is not within your province. NEFASTIC APPOINTMENT SYSTEM! I CORRECT COMMENT: THIS DOES NOT GO FOR THE POLICE BUT FOR THE CIVIL REGISTRY OF SEGOVIA. BY THE WAY IT DOES NOT APPEAR EASILY ON GOOGLE, OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE DESTROYED BY THE MAJORITY OF COMMENTS.
