Hello, this review is of interest to anyone who opens an account or does any transaction with this bank. Miss Lourdes offers you things when you open your account that will never happen. Months go by and she's so hesitant. My husband and I both deleted the account. Don't trust that lady.

A very nice place in terms of atmosphere and location. The cafeteria service is practically nonexistent. In the five times I've been, there wasn't a single day when the sign "Cafeteria service not available at this time" wasn't posted.

It's not worth going, they never have active cafeteria service and the hours are terrible. There is a need for a Starbucks in León.
