A very pleasant, well-equipped workspace with a peaceful atmosphere. It has a refrigerator, coffee, and a fast, stable internet connection. Ideal for teleworking or spending a few days away from home. Highly recommended!

I'd like to clarify that I've never been there. But how is it that this place still receives reviews and positive reviews, in fact, if you drive by and it appears to be closed, with a "for rent" sign or similar? I couldn't put this as a literal question, since Google Places doesn't have that option enabled for this place.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
