I don't usually post negative reviews, but... We had reserved the meeting room for an entire day so we could work together with the entire company team, since we generally work remotely. Upon arrival, no one told us where everything was in the space, or what we could and couldn't use (the usual water, coffee, the bathroom, etc.). We went downstairs to eat (without having a key or any way to get back into the office), and while we were returning from lunch, we ran into part of the Flatland team. One person told us, "Oh, it's a good thing we met up, because since we'll all be out, you wouldn't have been able to get back in." We weren't given any warning that this might happen. When it came time to pay, they had to reissue the invoice and apparently issue a corrective statement, which is what my accountants are asking for; it's just too much of a hassle. A lot of organizational chaos for something that should be simple. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.

I had booked a week to work remotely from there, but I ended up not being able to travel for those days. They treated me wonderfully. Marina treated me very kindly, and they even offered to refund my reservation fee. I can only say thank you; I hope to be able to go another time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
