I attended a conference held at the center, and the facilities are adequate for an event of around 200 people. A major advantage is its proximity to the Zaragoza train station (you exit the station and cross a footbridge to reach the venue), so if you're coming from out of town (as I did), you don't need to book accommodation the day before.

A center where we were for a final event in the program has converted its auditorium into a spacious and comfortable space. One drawback would be that parking should be easier.

There was a bicycle tourism fair. It was interesting. The venue is quite nice and has a room for talks, courses, and conferences.
