A 10/10 coworking space! Centrally located, with very spacious desks (no roommates next to you, just a real space to yourself), drawers, and other accessories that the owners can provide if you need them (footstools, shelves, etc.). The coworking space is a long-term space, so there's a very cordial and warm atmosphere among the coworkers. The terrace, filled with well-kept plants, is also worth a mention. The owners are lovely. They care about your well-being and maintain a very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
31 Calle Madre Sacramento has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with MS31 Coworking.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
