Pleasant and quiet work environment. You can choose between the shared flex space or rent office space with 1, 2, or more workstations. You can also rent a meeting room. Good wired internet, but Wi-Fi is not so good. There's also a kitchen/cafeteria and refrigerator for shared use. Friendly staff.

Great! I've been running an architecture practice for a year, and from the start, everything has been great. The staff is super attentive and friendly, clean, the reception is automated, the common areas are easy to park, the parking is easy, the location is right at the entrance to Roquetas de Mar, 5 minutes from Aguadulce, and there's a quick exit to the highway. It's very cost-effective compared to other options. It's a great way to connect with other professionals and establish stable work relationships. I wish I'd known about it sooner!
