The facilities were ideal for my self-leadership workshop. Many thanks also for the superb support from Marie and Sebastian. We felt completely at home, and the two days were a complete success.

We hosted an event with approximately 25 people at the venue. The customer service and food/drinks were impeccable. Everything was there, always replenished, the staff were approachable and flexible, and the food was delicious. The technology was available, and everything could be arranged in advance. A clear recommendation for a centrally located venue.

I was at this venue a while ago with colleagues for a workshop organized by my employer. My first impression was actually good, as the space and atmosphere were really appealing. Everything was very bright and open (even though I don't quite understand the name "Urbn JUNGLE" – there are a few more or less well-tended IKEA plants in every room – I wouldn't call that a jungle. Nevertheless, the rooms are beautiful.) But unfortunately, we received a rather snippy/unfriendly welcome. Our room wasn't ready yet, even though we weren't early. Questions about cables/technology or more pens were met with a grumble from the employee (boss?). We didn't feel welcome. The food we ordered definitely didn't meet our expectations either. The portions and appearance were more reminiscent of an unpopular school lunch. The snacks provided in the room were okay, but not exactly great. With a coffee machine for 50 people, you unfortunately have to wait a long time for your coffee during the break. Only one other employee really made an effort to help us and was always friendly. However, she was constantly reprimanded by her boss(?), which was simply unpleasant. Conclusion: Nice rooms, but the customer service and food desperately need to be improved. 1 star for the rooms and 1 for the friendly employee.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with URBN Jungle.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with URBN Jungle, who is more than happy to help out.
