Always delicious with something for everyone, Sunday children's menu only half price, large homemade drinks and cocktails highly recommended, the atmosphere is simply great

Nice atmosphere, staff friendly but not particularly attentive to the guests' needs. We spontaneously decided to go there with six people. The burgers arrived, two of which were extremely greasy inside and only lukewarm. The fries were clearly fried too cold and soaked in grease. When we asked if everything was okay with the food, two of us confirmed that it wasn't. This was acknowledged but ignored. Only AFTER we paid were we asked what was wrong. I would have preferred this question a) to have been asked during the meal and b) to have been offered a solution. Neither happened. Even after paying, nothing was offered, although the fries were returned untouched. As a server, I would have been suspicious at that point. We paid almost €200 for six meals and one or two drinks. It was a complete waste of money.
