There are several reasons for our rating. Positive The friendliness of the staff, the ambiance, and the cleanliness were very good. The central location near the city center and the rooftop terrace were also positives. Canceling the parking space in the underground garage was initially not possible by phone. We then sent an email and suggested canceling the parking space in exchange for an upgrade to a higher-category room. This was then successful. Negative 1. Our room was cold upon arrival and remained so because the room key had been removed while we were out, thus turning off the heating. We complained about this and were offered a small electric heater. This is completely unacceptable for a room in this price category. Upon request, we were given a different room and another room key, which we could leave in the lock while we were out to keep the room warm. Furthermore, there were no bathrobes in our room. When we complained about this at reception, we were told that they were not included in the price for this room category. Which was incorrect. 2. The breakfast is plentiful and actually sufficient, except that the cold cuts platters aren't only replenished after the last slice. The cheese doesn't curl up from sitting out for so long. The scrambled eggs would be warm instead of cold. 3. The real kicker was on our second night. At 9:45 p.m., another guest suddenly appeared in our room. Thankfully, we were relaxing in our bed. No one wants to imagine the consequences. Sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. This was then clarified at reception in the presence of the other guest and ourselves. 4. The minibar, which was included in the price, was not restocked. 5. At checkout. No questions asked. "How was your stay? Did you enjoy it?" No, instead, there was the curt statement: "As compensation for the inconvenience, we will waive the charge for the dog." What dog? Ours died last February, and we didn't book with a dog. To which they simply replied, "Sorry," and that was it. No other compensation was offered for any of the negative points. What a shame! Regards, Roland Sch.

Modernes und sehr stylisches Hotel direkt im Herzen Leipzig. Tolle Zimmer, sehr modern. Kingsize Bett. Kaffeemaschine, Minibar inkl. Getränke ohne Kosten. Tolles Frühstück, wo wirklich alles geboten wird, was man sich wünscht. Erstklassig! Absolut freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Nur das Hotelparkdeck ist viel zu teuer. Wir haben im Parkhaus um die Ecke (200 Meter) für 10 Euro/ 24 Stunden geparkt.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room was modern and clean, the breakfast was perfectly adequate, and the staff was friendly. I can't comment on the underground parking garage, as we used the public one right next door. I've been to Leipzig many times and tried out many hotels – I would book this one again in a heartbeat!

Toll! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr ruhig. Super Service. Leckeres Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Einziges Manko: Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig.
