Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen da ich bei den letzten 3 Übernachtungen immer Probleme gab Grund : 1 Übernachtung ich hatte ein Zimmer mit extra viel Platz gebucht dieses war unter der Rooftop Bar wo bis 24:00 eine private Party war und man dachte sie Feiern im Zimmer. Mehr als ein Sorry gab es nicht. 2 Übernachtung ich hatte ein Late Check gebucht und ab 9:00 wolte immer jemand in mein Zimmer ob Houskepping , Minibar Auffüllen nochmal Housekepping dan jemand vom Check In. Was wären MS Teams Call nervig ist 3 Übernachtungen Wie immer ein Zimmer mit Extra viel Platz gebucht und bezahlt bekommen ein normales Zimmer. Ein anderes Zimmer war nicht frei und eine Stornierung wäre nicht möglich der GM der im Haus war hatte einen wichtigern Termin und es mit mir zu klären. Aber kostetenlos konnte ich die Zimmer nun doch stornieren. In der Hoffnung das ich meine Geld noch dieses Jahr bekomme. Ich hatte immer alles Reklamier und es hieß immer man macht es beim nächsten Mal gut aber es wurde immer schlechter.

Zimmer im 1.Stock - Veranstaltung im EG bis 01.30 morgens gut "miterlebt". Preisnachlass 50% für die Nacht.....o.k. Besser wäre gleich ein Zimmer in einem Stockwerk weitweg - das muss ich vom Management in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarten.

The room was clean and as described, large, though it showed signs of wear. The stain on the couch armrest can surely be removed. The rooms are extremely noisy; if someone flushes the toilet with the doors closed, it sounds like the world is ending. The flooring is stylish, but if someone walks through the hallway with a suitcase, cleaning cart, or high heels, the sound echoes terribly throughout the hotel. A negative point was booking a late check-out and having the cleaning staff knock at 2 pm, even though we had paid until 3 pm. The garage is tiny and overpriced; there's a public garage just 10 meters away for less money with wider parking spaces. On the positive side, the breakfast was worth the price. Overall, this hotel was a mixed bag for us.
