Sehr nettes Personal, Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war top - schön groß, praktisch und sauber - wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Die Lage ist für viele Aktivitäten sehr gut - Bahnhofsnähe, Tram zur Messe, Innenstadt, Zoo - alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war fein, es waren auch reichlich vegane Alternativen vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst - außer vielleicht mehr Kaffeeauswahl, allerdings haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very well-located hotel, functionally furnished, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. They also take care to use resources responsibly, which we found very pleasant.
