We didn't have a good experience here. They constantly tried to rip us off, even though the rent wasn't cheap to begin with. However, the location itself is very chic.

No stars, but I had to give one. We rented the Hut House for our son's first day of school. The contract stipulated a broom-clean return, plus a final cleaning charge of €100 by the operator. Nevertheless, we were required to clean everything thoroughly, which we did. Why they charge for final cleaning remains questionable. In retrospect, we had to return twice because the windows were allegedly not polished sufficiently. Despite our polishing, it was not accepted; the Hut House employee ultimately did it herself and charged us another €87. Additionally, the invoice was incorrect in several respects (including VAT on the remaining rent agreed upon as gross, double-charged final cleaning, and a higher bill for the fire bowl and wood than agreed). After updating the invoice, the double-charged final cleaning was still included. On the third attempt, the invoice was finally correct. Anyone who thinks otherwise when the employee consistently "miscalculates" four errors to her advantage is a scoundrel. Unfortunately, the interaction was unfriendly. Overall, we consider it very unprofessional and would not recommend it.

A beautifully furnished house with a great atmosphere. Perfect for celebrations. Great communication between the owner and us. We would definitely come back, highly recommended.
