I viewed an office space on November 18th and was pleasantly surprised – the furnishings are excellent, everything is modern, you wouldn't guess that from the outside. The location is absolutely idyllic, so anyone who appreciates nature and peace and quiet will definitely be happy here. What I especially want to highlight, however, is the administrative team – very friendly, warm people who really take the time to help, you feel very well taken care of.

During the inspection of the rental property, I was able to confirm that it is a safe and dry space. The ease of driving up to the sloping ramp leading to the basement was also impressive.

Everything is great! Contacting us was quick and uncomplicated. Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Hugo-Junkers-Ring 1 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sirius Facilities.
