Our short break in the loft at the Nudelfabrik was fantastic! The atmosphere was very well-executed, with a great sense of detail and materials.

I'm torn. Lost places exude charm, but they can also be depressing, but you can breathe new life into this whole noodle industrial building. There's still a long way to go.

This is where rusks and pasta were once produced until the machines fell silent in 1991. Today, this brick monument is home to startups, artists, digital designers, and conference guests. Dough has become a hub for teamwork: studios, sleeping lofts, VR labs—and a touch of industrial romance amidst the rough brick. Not a museum, but steeped in history. In short: a place that doesn't preserve the past, but spices it up with Wi-Fi—and shows how flour sacks are transformed into think tanks.

Our weekend experience at the pasta factory had both some very good and some very bad aspects. The factory has been beautifully restored and beautifully furnished. There are few more beautiful event locations. Unfortunately, our group had booked the use of the pizza oven, which can only be operated by the caretaker/service employee. The caretaker exuded a bad vibe with every word and gesture. It had everything: rudeness, know-it-all attitude, insults, outbursts. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a service employee. His behavior noticeably dampened the mood in the group and was the dominant topic of conversation throughout the evening and the next morning. I had already dismissed the topic until I learned that the owners of the pasta factory were trying to take legal action against a negative review, allegedly written by one of our group members. It's therefore questionable whether the other reviews are really as positive or whether they were revised upwards by a lawyer. Bad form, if you ask me. PS: Of course, this review also received a letter from the lawyer.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Nudelfabrik Zeitz.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
