We are located in a prime business location in the heart of Ludwigshafen. The beautiful commercial building is located directly on the pedestrian zone, which is the main axis of the inner-city shopping location. It is therefore an integral part of Ludwigshafen's city centre.
With around 170,000 inhabitants, approx. 7000 companies/businesses, approx. 120,000 jobs and a catchment area for more than 450,000 people, Ludwigshafen am Rhein is the vibrant centre of the Rhine-Main region. In Rüsselsheim, there are companies in industry and plastics production, metal production and mechanical engineering, manufacturers of IT equipment and optics, as well as the woodworking industry. As an attractive shopping city with an adjacent historic old town, Ludwigshafen has a flair that is rounded off by a wide range of gastronomic offerings. All population groups, whether for children, young people, adults or seniors, are offered the best conditions. The A 6 Saarbrücken-Nuremberg runs through the northern part of the city. In the west of the city, the A 61 Speyer-Koblenz motorway passes by. Furthermore, the A 65 (replacement for the B 38) in the direction of Neustadt an der Weinstraße and the A 650 in the direction of Bad Dürkheim start here. The following federal highways run through the city area: from south to north the B 9, to the west the B 37 to Bad Dürkheim and to the south the B 44. The trade tax rate is only 405% (cf. Frankfurt am Main 460%).
